Welcome to the Right Route Driving School LLC Instructor Program.
We are hiring motivated individuals who want to build a rewarding career teaching safe driving skills to teens and adults in Central Columbus, Dublin, Delaware, and Reynoldsburg, Ohio.
We are open to candidates who do not yet have instructor certification. We will train qualified applicants and guide them through the process.

If you are dependable, professional, and eager to learn, we welcome applicants who do not yet have instructor certification. We provide guidance and training to help qualified candidates become successful driving instructors.
🔷 Minimum Requirements
To apply, candidates must:
- Be at least 25 years old
- Have a valid Ohio driver’s license
- Maintain a clean driving record
- Pass a background check
- Have strong communication skills
- Be punctual and professional
- Enjoy working with people and teaching others
